AutisMall Return Policy

1. No Return Policy is applied for Food/Perishable Items. Product description will show the label “This is perishable items. This item is non-returnable”.
2. Items bought must be returned within 21 days of original order date. Returns made beyond this time limit will not be entertained.
3. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused – with all original tag attached.
4. Please include the order number, a contact detail (name, phone no, email address) and the reason for the return.
